N5450B Extreme Temperature Extension Cable
The N5450B is a solution for environmental chamber testing, supporting temperatures from -55 to +150 degree (Celsius). The cable has flat frequency responses at both ends of extreme temperatures and provides 36 inches of flexible reach. The N5450B can be used with InfiniiMax I, II, III, and RC probe amplifiers. The available temperature range depends on the probe head used as explained in the data sheet which can be viewed by clicking on the following link.
Extreme Temperature Probe Heads
The following probe heads are suitable for extreme temperature testing when used with the N5450B InfiniiMax extreme temperature extension cable.
MX0100A
The MX0100A probe head is a small, light-weight, and flexible high performance solder-in probe head optimized for probing high-speed devices. The MX0100A probe head can withstand temperatures from –55°C to +150°C (1000+ cycles) thereby making it suitable for extreme temperature environments such as temperature chambers. 
The head is compatible with InfiniiMax I, II, and RC probe amplifiers.
MX0106A
The MX0106A probe head allows a soldered connection into a system for a reliable hands-free probing. The MX0106A probe head can withstand temperatures from –55°C to +150°C (1000+ cycles) thereby making it suitable for extreme temperature environments such as temperature chambers. 
The head is compatible with InfiniiMax RC probe amplifiers.
MX0109A
The MX0109A probe head is an economical semi-permanent connection that you can use in extreme temperature environments. With an ability to operate in temperatures from -55°C to +150°C for up to 750 test cycles, the MX0109A probe head is ideal for environmental labs.
The head is compatible with N2830/1/2A InfiniiMax III+ probes and with InfiniiMode on N7000/1/2A InfiniiMax III+ probes.
N7013A and N7014A Extreme Temperature Probing Kits
The N7013A and N7014A extreme temperature probing kits provide extreme temperature cables, banana-to-socketed tip adapters, and hook tip adapters for the following probes. The cables and tips in these kits allow you to probe in extreme temperature environments (-40° C to +85° C).

The N7013A and N7014A kits are not compatible with N2793A, N2819A, or N2891A probes.
